Cochrane council approves $31 million water treatment plant upgrade "to facilitate growth that has already been approved" (Cochrane)

Cochrane Town Council approved $31 million worth of upgrades to the current water treatment plant, enough to service a population of 50,000 people, at their September 21 council meeting.
