Opinion: Edmonton's downtown recovery tied to individual recoveries (Edmonton)

Earlier this year, the Edmonton Downtown Business Association was invited to participate in Recovery Day Alberta, an event that brings people, families, service providers and communities together to celebrate recovery, reduce stigma and make support more visible. At the time, we were hesitant.
