Most Calgary homes are selling below asking price (Calgary)
Higher supply is giving buyers more leverage in the city’s resale real estate market, a new study has found. A report by HouseSigma shows that the typical home in the Calgary region sold for a median of 2.29 per cent below its asking price. That is a savings of about $11,900.
