The City of Lethbridge has released an official statement regarding urban oil and gas activity, in light of the fact an oil-exploration company has secured mineral rights in the city.

Those rights have been secured from Alberta Energy in an undeveloped area of southwest Lethbridge, and today, the city had things to say about the situation:
