Halloween may be over for another year, but a study released this week by the University of Calgary’s School of Public Policy should have the same effect as walking into a haunted house for the first time.

That study, about energy literacy in Canada- or more accurately, the lack of energy literacy in this country – should make everyone in the energy sector very afraid.
