Calgary’s bedroom communities’ resale real estate markets saw their prices climb in June despite falling sales and ample supply in many markets — with one notable exception. Calgary Real Estate Board statistics from June show the benchmark price of a home in Airdrie fell nearly three per cent to $538,300, year over year, continuing a downward trend over many months. Sales also fell nearly 22 per cent, while inventory gained more than 122 per cent year over year.
