Bank of Canada rates seen on hold until third-quarter 2015

The Bank of Canada’s next interest-rate move is still expected to be a hike, but forecasters have pushed back their target for a tightening to the third quarter of 2015, a Reuters poll found on Thursday.

Mobile City Estates requests amendment to Spruce Grove land use bylaw

Spruce Grove council gave first reading to bylaw C-587-13, a land use bylaw text amendment during a regular council meeting on Feb. 24. The amendments would currently only affect Mobile City Estates. A public hearing on the topic will be held on March 24, 2014.
