Council extends public hearings regarding proposed Rolling Trails land use changes

Due to high participation Monday night during the public hearings for Bylaw 17/2023: Rolling Trails Area Redevelopment Plan and Bylaw 01/2024: Southbow Landing Land Use Amendment, The Town announced they plan to extend public hearings to allow more feedback from residents, prior to council consideration.

Home prices rise in communities near Calgary as sales pick up
