Highway 1A in Stoney Nakoda to get $54M in upgrades over three years

The Alberta government plans to widen a notoriously narrow section of Highway 1A through Îyârhe (Stoney) Nakoda First Nation at a multi-year cost of $54 million, but experts working for the Nation say it can’t happen soon enough.

More land-use changes approved for Greystone
