A huge proposed land development in Medicine Hat has entered receivership a move many of the investors in Cimarron Lands said was inevitable since the company and a number of related interests entered court protection last year.

Okotoks to start annexation process to meet future land and water needs

The Town of Okotoks has announced its decision to begin the annexation process in order to have enough land to meet its residential, commercial and industrial growth for the next 60 years.
