2,800 flood damage claims outstanding one year later

EDMONTON — A year after spring rain runoff submerged sections of Calgary, High River and 28 other communities, more than 2,800 flood victims are still waiting for their damage claims to be resolved, according to a report released Thursday.

Berm details unveiled
