Bellevue beats out Seattle, ranks as most expensive city to rent in metro area: Zumper

According to a new Seattle Metro Report from Zumper, at $1,980 per month, rent in suburban Bellevue was the most expensive in the Greater Seattle area during the month of March.

Council approves address bylaw

Heritage homeowner to appeal development permit

After obtaining a heritage home more than a year ago with the intention of turning the 1911 house into a mental health clinic, the owners are appealing the development permit that states they will be responsible for burying power lines adjacent to the property.
