New condo sales in Calgary plunge in Q2 due to COVID

Calgary’s new multi-family home market felt the impact of the economic downturn in the second quarter of this year with 472 sales, which was down by 28 per cent from the first quarter and 35 per cent lower than the same quarter last year, according to a report by Urban Analytics.
