New RCMP headquarters added to 10-year capital plan

The Land Use Bylaw is being amended to allow for further residential development

The Town of Sylvan Lake is amending the Land Use Bylaw (LUB) in order to rezone property from a future designation district to medium density residential, high density residential and public facility districts to allow for further residential development of the Vistas at Ryders Ridge.

RMWB council debating extra $2.6 million for grant aimed at downtown businesses
