Rental registry efforts stall in Pittsburgh while other Pa. towns have had them for years

It took the city of Erie just six months to implement a rental registry program that now has lasted for 14 years. For 16 years, Pittsburgh officials have labored over multiple iterations of a rental registration ordinance to no avail.

25 percent rent increase cap removed
