BTR Residents Willing to Move for Lower Rent

Build-to-rent (BTR) residents are willing to move for a better deal in today’s increasingly expensive housing market. This is according to John Burns Research & Consulting’s 2024 Build-to-Rent Resident Survey, which found BTR residents prefer renting but are sensitive to price.

Cyprus rental costs hit new highs

Available rental properties across Cyprus have reached 4,484 units, with apartments averaging €1,803 and houses €3,249 monthly, according to new data released by Landbank Analytics for January 2025.
