Okotoks’ low-vacancy rate for office and warehouse space can be particularly difficult for non-profit groups and town council wants to see if should step in and help alleviate the situation.

The Town is developing a report investigating different options for meeting the space needs for non-profit groups in Okotoks. The report is to be presented to town council at its Oct. 22 meeting.
