Regular EI beneficiaries fall in Calgary and Alberta

The number of people receiving regular Employment Insurance benefits fell  in Alberta and the Calgary census metropolitan area in December while it rose across the country, according to a report released Thursday by Statistics Canada.

CITY OF INDIANOLA PROPERTY TAX LEVY RATE TO STAY CONSISTENT

The Indianola City Council held their state-mandated public hearing on the maximum property tax dollars for FY2022 at their meeting Tuesday. City Manager Ryan Waller tells KNIA News property taxes will remain the same as last year despite all the projects going on in the city due to the increased growth.
