A year of Henday construction done
Alberta Transportation celebrated one year of construction on the north-east segment of the Anthony Henday drive last week.
The segment, which AlbertaTransport hopes will be completed by 2016, will finalize the Henday into a complete ring, making it the first road of its kind in Canada.

Road projects for 2013 underway in the town of Peace River
The Town of Peace River has completed five road projects thus far in 2013, with three projects still to be completed.
In this year’s 2013 budget, the town has $2 million committed for paved road rehabilitation and $1 million for gravel road rehabilitation. Included within the road rehabilitation are water and sewer main replacements.
