EDMONTON – Houses in Edmonton’s priciest neighbourhood are worth almost four times their counterparts in the city’s cheapest area, but one community activist thinks that’s about to change.The average single-family home in southwest Westbrook Estates had an estimated market value of $860,000 on the annual assessment day last July 1, making it once again Edmonton’s most expensive place to buy lodgings.
