The aptly named Uniquely Stony Plain project started approximately one year ago to create a new municipal development plan (MDP) and now the Town is delivering the first draft of that project.
After all the community engagement, neighbourhood parties, meetings, the Town’s director of planning and infrastructure Jean Porteous has a first draft of the new MDP for residents to scrutinize.
